Shipping

Goods in stock will be shipped the next working day.

If the goods are not in stock we will contact as soon as is possible to clarify if you wish the goods to go on back order or require a refund.  Any refunds will be given as soon as is possible.

Tracking

In cases where tracking numbers are provided we will pass this information on to you so you can log into the respective site to see where you order is in the delviery process.

Delivery

Although we can control our input to your order unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the performance of any thrid parties.  Although it is very rare that something does go wrong if after a reasonable time your goods have not arrived please contact us.

Overseas shipments - possible duty charges

Please note that if goods are shipped outwith the EU additional costs may be incurred.  In some cases charges for customs clearance may be collected by the couriers (broker or clearance agents) and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Special requirements

If you must have your goods by a special date and your order request falls near that date please contact us to ensure we can make every effort to get the goods to you on time.  In some cases this may incurr an additional charge but you will not be asked to pay this without your prior permission.

Returns and Refunds

You are welcome to order any item from our catalogue. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please return them in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods - we cannot refund postage.

Please note: When you receive your fabric if you come across a 'knot' this will not be on the face which is the side exposed when in use. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of goods.
